Do you think it makes a difference if you have mind movies

I understand that my husband met with other people but I think I'm still in denial. I can't actually believe he had sex with other people while married to me. I can't believe he snuck out of the house. I can't believe he made a profile looking for swingers. I just can't believe it. I started watching some threesome porn to just get an idea of what happens (I've never done one) and watched some with 2 men, some of them bisexual. I'm starting to get a mental image that's what he did while married to me. Maybe this will help me wake up. Do you think the mental images make it easier to leave?
