Listen to me virgins, get down the gym. Begin with Starting Strength if you don't know where to start. And make sure your work out includes deadlifts. What is the point doing chest and biceps 3 times a week and then running on the treadmill for 5 minutes? Squat too, bitches. Before you think this is a joke thread - look around you, there is an OBVIOUS correlation between those who are virgins, and those who don't deadlift. It's because they are nerdy, miserable, lack motivation, which women finds boring and stay at home and drink fosters sexy? :S Yet most of the brothers at the gym, have all been laid. Good body, good dedication, and good feelings about themselves and life. If you can constantly deadlift, increase your lifts routinely, it shows commitment and commitment to deadlifts = commitment to women.
