I've got this thing where I get attached to girls I meet almost instantly. As in, one lengthy conversation with them - even if they're a stranger - and I'll start feeling stuff. How can I prevent this from happening? I'm viewing fresher's as an, ahem, fresh start, but I'm paranoid this is going to ruin everything. Say if there's this cute girl in my flat or something - I'll probably get all clingy and depressed if someone picks her up at a club or whatever, even though I won't know her at all. So yeah, how can I avoid getting attached to people I don't even know? I can't afford to have it dumping all over my new start. | |||
