Does being cheated on change who you are?

I think it does. I was cheated on by my first real girl friend. I am sure she didn't think it was cheating, but mutual friends knew she had cheated. :rolleyes: My first long term lover cheated on me with men and women. And then ended our relationship to move a female lover into her home. I think these experiences, when I was in my early to mid 20s, had negative impacts on my life. I became somewhat jaded and cynical and I think I probably became less nice as a person, in some ways.
