Girl will only meet on a night out?

It does seem that way. Maybe its most convenient for her / she can't be arsed to put anymore effort in. Or maybe she's shy or would feel uncomfortable meeting normally? Either way I don't wanna meet her if she's just smashed and all she wants to do is get off with me, although I was heading for a casual relationship.. How to deal with this?
