(Male) Raped. Will girls be able to tell?

To cut a long story short, I was raped a few years ago. I am male, it was by another male. I am not looking for any psychological help. I've not been with anyone, but there may be someone on the cards. Would she be able to tell that I was raped? are there any permanent changes?
