Need Help Severing Hopes of Romantic Relationships with a Girl

Ok. So this is a weird, very unconventional case (i guess, i don't see any other way to put it). I'm also relatively young, so it's not like i see anything somewhat long term with her anyways. But, even in that regard, I don't want to hurt her. But anyways, so here's how it kinda started:

>i'm 17
>so i meet her, she's in my humanities and she's pretty smart, thinks outside the box, above average, likes my type of music (which is weird because i listen to weird hipster stuff and like classic rock and etc.) and she's pretty, so it's completely perfect.
>so things go on, and i guess i lead her on because i don't think at all
>but by the end of it all, she likes me.
>she says she'd (and i quote) "die for a chance" to go with me. (i didn't type the whole shit out lest she finds this post and that would be the worst thing ever HAHAH)
>i know she wouldn't really die (i'm a realist :P) but i also realize that i would be hurting her if i didn't or i guess whatever
>ok in the midst of all this, another girl hits on me.
>this is where i really mess up: completely without thinking, i lead her on and i guess i'm her boyfriend now.
>i told the first girl that my dad wouldn't let me date. honestly that was dumbest thing ever because i hate being dishonest on anything.
>now school is going to start in like 3 weeks and eventually both of them will find out and it'll be a crazy mass of shit.

I like them both, but want to be close friends with the first and want to go out with the second. What do? Is this a petty concern? should i just tell her normally and be done with it?

btw, i'm kinda hella desperate and new to this thread as well, so idk if this topic has been discussed before, im super sorry if i have just repeated what someone else has said, i'm terribly sorry if i'm irking you guys already.
