Do i tell him how i feel?!

I've totally fallen for my best boy mate.Theres a few problems, i got in trouble a while back because an eherm, indeacent picture of me kinda got out. He doesnt really mind about what i did although im still so ashamed. I dont know if i should tell him how i feel, or just stay single for a while? We act like a couple when we're together, holding hands, kissing and stuff. Id hate to lose him as a friend as because what happened, i lost a lot of my mates. Someone PLEASE tell me what to do!!?
