Thinking about Calling off wedding should i? After fiancee OD'ed on ecstasy

My fiancée was at a bachelor's party and is now in the ICU after he OD'ed on ecstasy. And I just found out about it 3 days later and I am so worried and upset about it but at the same time I am concerned if I should go through with the marriage if he is into crap like this. He hasn't ever done anything like this hasn't even been drunk before in his life and I am hoping this was just a onetime thing type of thing but I am scared now. Not even sure what i should do i thought i knew him his friends are saying they talked him into it and he isn't an addict or anything and it was just a mistake. What would you do? Advice?
