I'm dating a girl and it's not serious (no first base etc - yet!) and with valentines day coming up, should we actively do something on the day? We both feel valentines day is commercialised and I said to her regardless, I would still do nice, romantic things in the early stages of a relationship (ok I didn't say romantic, but just not do special things on that one day).
She hasn't mentioned anything (still a while to go!), so not sure? What do you guys do when dating? Also, her birthday is in Febraury a week earlier!
