Penis size: what counts as 'big', 'medium' & 'small'?

Just wondering what categories people consider size ranges to fit into to. Do you think the following be pretty accurate:

<5 inches = small

5 - 6 inches = medium

>6.1 inches = big

Or do you have a different opinion?
