I'm a guy, 20 and i find it impossible to flirt with girls, i just come across as desperate, or just like i have no idea what i'm doing (which is true, and understandably not sexy). I know practice makes perfect but it's so disheartening to be laughed at.
The only times i have pulled girls are when i was drunk and managed to go over to a girl and dance with her then we made out for a bit, but i would not say that was flirting and i can't do that sort of thing sober.
What can i do to learn and practice this? I know it comes natural to most, but not to me.
