Let me re-word: What does it mean when a woman you know as a familiar stranger, expresses interest but then rejects your number, then now time has passed, I've ignored her, she wants my attention again. Is she just playing tease or something else, like regret? What should I do? I don't want to get hurt again from being rejected the first time round. Is she just playing games do you think?
