Is this guy interested in me or what?

  • Thread Starter

This guy is confident, funny with others around me he becomes very different with me quiet when he's not a quiet guy he's very confident , extroverted .We're around the same age I'm younger 25 im 20 . I've had three trainers so far he's the 3rd. I still use the 2nd I use the 2nd for different workouts.
I've only had about 3/4 sessions with him so far. At the start when I first had him was more formal also in his emails, now he seems a lot more extra friendly more personal sounding and comfortable and then in person we're he's quieter maybe nervous? My other trainers I've had are a lot more formal in the emails with me they are around the same age as him and we talk during the workouts.

He's also completely changed his ways how he acts towards with me an in person he's quieter when he's usually confident around everyone else jokey or chatty. At the last session at the start he was just coming in was joking with the receptionist woman and talkative then when he saw me he stopped an he changed to being quiet when he was with me. He's more touchy with me my other trainers never touches me just explain. During lunge he touched my leg or sometimes if I was straight he'd touch my back. The other day I arrived to the gym early he was near the reception he was talking to people he stopped watching me walk in as it went silent. I've seen the way he interacts with others he's different more confident an the way he replies from his facebook training page and that he's less personal. I've seen him with other clients too.

The emails are like this (shortened) . At the start he was very formal an no smileys etc less personal.
Me: Yeah I could probably do Monday then if you have a time after 3pm.
PT : As it stands I have 4pm Monday, as well as 4pm & 5pm Wednesday. Whichever suits you best is fine with me :)

Me: I do a Friday afternoon instead just seen in the newsletter say 2 or 3pm?
Pt:Lets go with 3pm in that case : )

Me: I don't have a specific time in mind probably the Tuesday anytime after 12. What times do you have?
PT: Will get back to you when my schedule becomes a little clearer :)
Me : Okay thats grand :)
Me: Hi thats ok yeah that times good, would you be able to do a hiit session for this week?
PT: Sure thing, see you Tuesday :)
Me: Thanks see you then : )

Why is he confident/jokey around everyone else an with me he's different quiet? but in the emails he's extra friendly or comfortable? Is he attracted to me? or what?

Sexless marriage.

I have been together with my significant other for 11 years 6 of them as a married couple, she has never had a high sex drive since we met but over the years the desire of intercourse has depleted dramatically to the point that it's been at least a year since we were together. she is still despite all a loving wife and we have no other issues. but I am a person with a very high sex drive if It was up to me I would love to have sex on daily basis of more often. and this is killing me.

though out the years I have been patient and faithful but I don't know if can keep this up. Im 31 years old and I dont want the best days of my live to be spent living like Im a priest

we have a son and in any other aspect we have a very healthy family.

so I don't know what do to now. see other women and risk my marriage? or keep this up and go insane?

talking about this with her and doing something about it its a ship that has long sailed away. bottom line is that she doesn't desire sex and has no interest in doing something about it.

any comments would be appreciated.
thx.

Emotional Abandonment

Searching the internet I have located the term for what is happening to me: Emotional Abandonment.
My husband has flipped this switch about 30 days ago.
We have been married 13 years, together 14. 2nd marriages for both of us, we each have grown children and grandchilden.
The first few years were amazing, we did everything together, went many places. Then, we moved. We bought a big piece of land, built a big house and acquired a bunch of hobby animals and alot of responsibility and work!
We both had careers for 20 years, but he chose to leave his career to start something new. I supported any decision he made. Over the next few years we both became overworked and tired. We still had fun together, went places but our intimacy started to fade. My sex drive has always been higher than his, but I lived with the decline. I Knew he was tired, was working so hard to keep up with everything.
Fast forward to the last year or two. He has started his own business. The type of business it is requires alot of work for a long period of time before any benefit is seen. He has been working day and night and weekends just to try to get it started, get jobs done. Over the last few months I have noticed that he has been worried about not having the security of retirement, as I do.
I have noticed that he hasn't wanted to do anything. Can't go, have to work. Don't want to do this or that because I am tired. He didn't even have interest in getting the hot tub. I understood and felt that he just needed to do what he had to do and eventually his business would take off and all would go back to normal. I do not feel that I ever nagged him, or hovered over him. He also moved another mattress in our room, indicating it was because our new mattress hurt his back and wasn't able to get a good nights sleep. We haven't had sex is over a year now.
However, over this last winter, I really had some resentment building. This I believe caused him to also have resentment due to my actions. Looking back now, my actions were embarrassing. I didn't take care of the house, didn't cook dinner, didn't acknowledge anything he did positively. I am sure I was depressed, the long cold dreary winter didn't help. We both work at home, and being stuck here with someone who doesn't want to have anything to do with me was really unbearable. I didn't bring anything up, in fear that it would cause an argument. During the entire winter, we both had grumpy faces.
So about 1 month ago, he announced that he was going to move into the little trailer we have. 'He is done and his mind is made up'. After a few days/conversations I was able to get him to stay in the house, in our bedroom, in his own little bed.
He gave me a variety of reasons for his being done. First of all it has nothing to do with me. (Not sure how he can say that-I have behaved badly). He said we have no connection, we should have never gotten married in the first place. We have nothing in common. I don't like country music (seriously? but ok..) He also was concerned about the amount of retirement I have, the amount of vacation time I have. He didn't want to have me as his crutch (financially). He said that he doesnt have any memories of us. He said that I tell him that he can never do anything right. He wants to sell our house, sell everything and buy a small little house by himself.
I have been researching this and reading many books, trying to understand and make changes from my end. From what i can determine most of what he has said is all very common dialogue and can be reversed.
However, what is really disturbing is that he is emotionally abandoning me. We can have business conversations or talk about the animals. But when he comes in from work at night, which is about 8:30-9pm, he takes a shower then goes straight to his computer at the kitchen counter and listens to music and surfs craigslist. (I have been checking his browser history-and nothing bad there-just farm equipment/cars, etc). He does this for an hour and then goes to bed.
I have been giving him space. I have been trying to work on myself. Trying to keep positive, look for those opportunities to praise his work or thank him, without looking like I am over-trying. Making myself look good. I am trying to go to bed at the same time he does.
All of this I believe is just a huge spiral down of a lack of communication, a lack of touching and taking time to be with each other.
I have been trying to find information about emotional abandonment. Does anyone have experience in reversing this at all that might be able to provide some insight?

What is feminism really about?

It saddens me when I see women on TAM who say, "I'm not a feminist." This statement clearly indicates to me that there is a great misunderstanding about what feminism is.

As a self identified feminist I hope to clear up some common accusations and misunderstandings about what modern feminism is really all about.

Men and women of all races, all classes and all sexual orientations should all have the exact same rights and the exact same protections under the law.

The right to be educated, employed, promoted, married, give birth or adopt, control their reproductive choices, rent or buy property, enter into contracts and in general be treated with the same dignity and respect everyone else is treated with, for all genders, all races and classes and all sexual orientations is modern feminism.

So when I hear someone say, they're not a feminist I first assume they don't understand modern feminism. I haven't come across too many people who self identify as a bigot, so this must be a misunderstanding.:scratchhead:

Separated - husband can't decide what next

This is going to be a long story, so please just bare with me. I've gone back to edit it to trim it down a bit :)

I'll be completely honest when I say I never thought of coming to a forum like this. My situation has been an insane rollercoaster with my husband. I had first guessed major depression, then perhaps bi-polar depression...something is just not right here, beyond his bad choices. My husband and I have been together for 2 years and married for 8 months. So, not long at all.

* been together for 2 years, married 8 months
* had been under contract for buying a house when this started
* I just got accepted into nursing school 5 days before he dropped the bombshell
* He is a Marine vet - two tours to Aghanistan. Is now a Corrections Officer
* I was a CNA, but took a leave from my job because I had to move away due to the separation
* We had very awkward hours. I worked 2nd shift, he worked 3rd. We didn't get much time together
* We don't have children together, I have a son from a previous marriage
* Both have family history of depression/mental illness in the family. My mom had been diagnosed with clinical depression. His mom had been diagnosed with bi-polar
* My husband was a very kind man who took it upon himself to get things done. He has flipped a 180. He used to be very logical in his thinking, now relies purely on emotions
* I knew something was wrong when he stopped caring about the finances. He was always extremely careful about that before
* He is incredibly inconsistent with his emotions. From happy to sad to blank to angry
* I have thought perhaps bi-polar, but he hasn't shown any manic side
* He hasn't changed any of his passwords. Not to Facebook, not to his e-mail...he even still has the combined checking account with me. He knows I have access to all of this. Hasn't bothered to do a thing about it. So much for wanting me out of his life.
* Only went to one counseling session with me, refused to go back. Said we 'ganged up on him'
* He IS talking to another woman. He says it has the potential to be romantic, but at this point it isn't. I don't really care if he's telling the truth or not

Couple of weeks before the avalanche began, I started seeing a change in him. He was distant...and sometimes sad. Then suddenly he would be sharp with me and very passive aggressive. He would ignore me when I talked most of the time. Of course it upset me, and this started a lot more fights between us. He would go from being cold and distant, to incredibly loving and affection, to deeply deeply sad.

One morning, he came to me and said we needed to walk away from buying our house because we needed to figure out us. I was of course devastated. He sobbed and held me, continuously saying how much he loved me and how he never meant to hurt me. He cried about how he didn't want to be alone and how no one liked him. About 30 minutes later, he was yelling in my face, "What would you know about abandonment?!" when I had questioned why he would want to abandon his family. It didn't really come out until later when I spoke to his mom, but he had always felt abandoned by her. She always put the men in her life first. His previous girlfriends also abandoned him. One gave him a Dear John letter when he was overseas.

That crying over the next couple of days turned into absolute coldness. We would still have intimacy once in awhile. I had talked to him about it and expressed that right now it was more of a physical release than a deep emotional bonding (thinking he felt the same way). After all, how could it be deep and emotional? He just said he wanted out of the marriage. He got incredibly angry, and said, "You know exactly where to shoot me, don't you?" That utterly confused me.

Finally, one morning I tried to be gentle to him and asked him to please try to work on this. He said he couldn't, because he had absolutely no more love for me. Either I needed to get out, or he would. I couldn't afford the place by myself, so I had no choice but to leave.

I went to Vegas to stay with my mom for a couple of weeks. At first he wouldn't talk to me, but eventually agreed to talk and see how things went. He had backed off the subject of divorce. I tried to be calm with him, but his behavior with me was very cold and distant. He hardly spoke when I talked. He was there, but he wasn't there.

I told him that I was going to keep my phone away from myself for a few days to give myself some space and for him to have some space too. When I called him three days later, instead of being calmer like I had hoped he would be, he was very angry and meaner than ever. He said to me, "well, welcome back from your little break! The problems are all still here!" As if I was hiding from it all.

So, I finally returned back home. It was very late at night, and he was out helping a friend move. When he came in, he sat down beside me and we talked for a bit. I gave him the gifts I bought him out in Vegas. He suddenly hugged me really tight, which of course I accepted. We talked a little more, and then he hugged me again for no reason.

We were intimate that night, but around 4 in the morning he refused to sleep in the bed with me. I sat with him and tried to tell him that I understood right now he didn't feel like he could really express love towards me. That's when he said, "when I walked in and saw you, I felt nothing. I slept with you to try to feel something, but it didn't do anything for me."

He suddenly brought up divorce again. When I asked why, he said because he was having an emotional affair with one of his coworkers. I told him that I was deeply wounded, but that I still wanted to try to fix our marriage. He started screaming at me that if I didn't file, that he would. I still said I wouldn't do it. He got up and said how I would regret my decision. How all he was going to do was bring me down. How I had lost all my morals by staying with a man like him. He said, "I don't love you! I don't want this marriage! There is nothing to work on! I feel nothing for you!"

Finally he said, "I am messed up in the head. Right now, I want a divorce. Maybe in 6 months I'll change my mind." I had said, "If you want a divorce without a shred of doubt in your heart, then tell me so. You are letting me go as your wife and I am free to do whatever I want and see whomever I want just like you can. That this is the end and you won't change your mind later on." That made him stop and hesitate. He then said, "...I don't know. I can't make a decision right now."

The next couple days after that, he seemed much more gentle. More affectionate too. He would actually reach out and stroke my hair once in awhile, let me lay beside him, etc. He still wouldn't say "I love you" and I didn't say it to him. He had admitted he was talking to three girls. He had told two of them that he was not talking to them anymore. The third one he wanted to wait in person to tell. However, when he talked about doing so, he seemed hesitant.

So, in the morning, I drove over to his work to see him. That was when I saw the girl get into the car with him. That hurt more than anything. I was furious, I was devastated. I called him and demanded he come home. It was the girl he was hesitant on telling they needed to cut ties. He had told me that he was trying to tell her that it needed to end. That wasn't my issue.

My issue was his lying about it. Why didn't he just tell me that was going to happen? I had the divorce papers out and ready. He said he was leaving to go help his friend move. He refused to stay and talk. About an hour later he called me. He screamed at me about how I humiliated him, and how if I wasn't going to file for divorce, he was. He demanded that it be done. At that point, I was so heartbroken that I just agreed. We didn't talk for hours until he came home. I was just about to leave when he did.

He was much calmer by that point. He had asked if I wanted to talk. I had said yes. He was quiet this time but got defensive, saying how I clearly had made up my mind about the divorce. I had asked him if he had. He said no. That I was destined for great things, and how he was nothing. He would never amount to anything. I was the smarted person he knew, and I was going to live a fulfilling life. I told him that that was nonsense, that he had all the potential in the world to go far in his life.

A few days later, I went to the house, but didn't have a house key. I kept banging on the door, and finally the door swung open. Justin was blocking me from allowing me inside. I knew right away why. I asked him, "She's in here, isn't she?" He said yes. I told him she needed to get out of MY house. He seemed deeply concerned that I was going to attack her. Granted, I wanted to, but I can't exactly become a nurse with an assault charge on my record.

He said he didn't realize the repercussions of his actions until it happened. He cried (not bawled, just some tears). He said I was an amazing wife, and he truly had everything in life. He said he should have accepted my forgiveness when he had the chance. His actions wasn't worth the price he paid. He couldn't even explain to me why she was so special. He said she wasn't worth losing me. He also admitted that the reason he had lashed out the night we were last intimate was because he actually did feel something, and that scared him. He had to push me away again.

I, of course, didn't want to divorce. He had said it needed to happen. He finally said how he had lost all his morals. He was once a good guy - THE good guy. Now he is a bad man. A very bad man. He is sick, and he needs help. He says he has to hit rock bottom before he can begin to rebuild himself. He wanted to protect me from the bad man he had become. He said he can still see the images of his friends being shot or blown up in Afghanistan and not recoil at the memory, but he can't look into my eyes. He can't. He can't stand the incredible shame and guilt.

To see the pain in my eyes was overwhelming. It was too much for him. He said that he knew I would be alone for a little while, but then find someone else and live a fairytale life. Meanwhile, he may date but he would always be alone. On the inside, he would always be alone and empty.

I decided that now was the time for me to make a real change in myself. I needed. I was weak, I wasn't strong, and it was time for me to be so. So, that is what I did. I sent him a text to let him know I would not be filing anything, and that I refuse from here on out to file. A few days later, he called me and said either I had to file or he would. I told him no. We didn't decide to get married in a month, and we aren't going to decide to get divorced in a month. If he wanted it so bad, he could do it himself.

That was when I hit the ground running when it came to my spiritual growth. I focused on meditation, to clear my mind of anxieties. To relax myself whenever I could. I began to bible study with the couple over Skype twice a week. Everyone could start to see a real change in me, including my husband. I was much calmer when approached by his anger. Finally, he said that he wanted to rebuild our foundation. To start rebuilding the friendship in order to get to the point of a relationship. And, that we should refrain from being intimate with each other during this time. I agreed, although things changed just a couple of days later. He had admitted that he was still going to pursue the other woman romantically.

I didn't scream, I didn't yell, I didn't get angry....I just asked why. Why would he pursue her while trying to repair things with me? It made no sense. He couldn't explain. Finally, for the first time since this all began, he admitted he missed me. That was a huge step. He also admitted that the reason he didn't want to be intimate with me was because it made him emotional. He didn't want to feel emotional. He wanted to be numb like he did before. I told him that if he continued to pursue her, that I was going to refrain from speaking to him. Not file for divorce, nothing like that. I just wasn't going to allow him to say he was going to work things with me and still keep her in his life.

I gave him some time while I put all my energy into God and my son. I had to go up there to sign the cancellation papers for the house we were going to buy. When we met up, he then said he was going on a 'hiatus' just like I did in Vegas. When I asked him why, he said, "You said you were going to! I don't want to talk to anyone right now! Everyone manipulates me! And you are the worst manipulator of all! I just want complete and total silence so I can think!" I did agree to allow him 4 days of no contact. He said, "And on Monday, I will text you. If you don't respond, then I'll know where you are in this marriage." What? So, we met to sign off the papers and we talked a little. Once again, I was very calm and did not yell or accuse. I merely asked questions.

I asked him why he felt I was manipulating him. Then I asked if I was manipulating, or was I the voice of reason that he didn't want to hear. He agreed to the second option. I then asked what was so special about her. He paused for a long time and said, "I have no idea. If I had an answer for you, I would give it to you." Then he allowed me to hold him for a little while and stroke his hair. I told him it hurt me to see him in so much pain. He said it hurt him to see me in pain too. When we had talked earlier, he said once the papers were signed he was done talking to me until Monday. However, after we saw each other in person, he said later that night if I needed to get anything else on the table to talk about, I could. He kept saying how sorry he was before he left.

Does anyone have any advice as to what I should do? I am putting a lot of focus on myself. I have given him all the freedom in the world since I left to file for divorce should he want to. He has yet to have done so. He hasn't even filled out the papers. He has said a couple of times that a divorce isn't what he wants, but will still threaten to leave me if I don't do what he wants. My husband is a very quiet person to begin with. I was the one he talked to the most. Now his silence is even worse, and if I ever, ever ask him about his feelings he explodes.

How many of you talked to the spouses parents during a divorce?

So going through a bitter divorce. Wife is spreading a bunch of lies around town and told her parents I wouldn't go to counseling. Multiple things happened with her involving other men while we were together toward the end that her parents no nothing about. Always got along good with her parents. I just feel like a need to tell them that I did want to go to counseling and about the other stuff. I don't know if it is the right thing to do but it would make me feel better from a dignity point of view. Would this be stupid thing to do? Married 5 years, together 10.

I caught my wife "sexting" another MARRIED man, already confronted her

Hi everyone,

My wife and I have been married for almost 5 years. We have Been together since October 2005. Since we have been married. We have not only been husband, and wife, but I always felt that we have also been like best friends. I always felt that she could tell me anything, and I could tell her anything. I have had complete 100% trust in her until this month. We also have a 5 year old son. ...Anyway, here it goes...

My brother/sister in law's house had a toilet overflow at the end of March. The toilet was on the 2nd floor, and water leaked through the carpet, flooring on two levels and into the basement. They hired a contractor to fix the issues. One of the employees of the contractor was someone they knew, and have known for years. Apparantly, he also knew my wife, and my wife friended him on Face book, and somehow got his phone number.

He was invited to my bro in law's birthday party where my wife also hung out at for the night. I was working during the party, but I chose to go after a long day of work. I was there for less than 15 minutes when my wife said "Why don't you go home, you look tired". ...I was tired, and I didn't know many of my bro in laws friends so I decided to go home (Plus I was still in my business attire, so I felt out of place as everyone else was dressed casually) ...Anyway, this guy that she has been "sexting" was there that night, and I think that is where things started to get out of hand between her and him and this texting.

So that was 2 weeks ago. After that weekend we went on a mini spring vacation. While we were there I noticed she was getting random texts to her phone. We would be out to dinner, and her phone would ding, and she would respond....10 minutes later it would ding again. After noticing this a few times I asked who it was, and she said "My Friend -----". " He went to school with my brother, and I know him from high school as well. He was in 12th when I was in 9th grade"

...I said Okay, and really didn't think much of it. Well we went to go visit my parents on vacation but she decided not to go. She said she preferred to go shopping, and I can just take our son to go see them. (She also does not like going to my parents house due to a couple reasons, and she doesn't get along very well with my Mom). So I said okay, and took our son to my parents and spent 4 hours over there. And she was on her own.

I also noticed that she was VERY protective of her phone while we were on vacation. It was attached to her hip, and she would point the phone away when typing if I was near her. She never did this stuff in the past.

...On Sunday night my wife received a CRAZY amount of texts while I was around, and I started to get mad about it because I knew it was this guy. I counted a total of 37 times her phone dinged in the course of an hour.

So I decided to wait until she went to sleep, and I would go check her phone before I go to bed. It was 1am...I took her

I saw this LONG TEXT CHAIN dating back to April 2nd. I estimate over 300 texts in total. They were fantasizing about kissing each other, and having sex with each other in most of the texts. Apparantly, the night of my bro in law's party while I was sleeping she was texting him. She texted "You looked like you were glad to see me". He texted "Yea". and from there it turned more and more flirtatious. She would text him kissing emoticons. He would text her stuff back. ...Like her and I did when we were dating, and a new couple. Sometimes they would just text each other while at work casual "Hey what you doing?" type texts...then later on in the day it would ramp up to them talking about having sex in a car, typing things like "I'm un buttoning your shirt" "I'm smacking that ass" ..."I'm pulling my **** out for you" ....

Lots more that I don't want to type, but you get the picture. ...I did not see any PICS that were sent to each other...it was all texts. However, she could have deleted those if there were any sent between them....

I confronted her at 1:15am, and at first she told me I was blowing it all out of proportion. Then after me grilling her for 5 minutes, she went on to tell me about little things that "caused her to sext"...

For instance. She says she can't stand that I put a cup next to the sink with some soda still in it all the time!!! ....:scratchhead:

She brings up these little minute things. She then told me that I have not been paying her enough attention, and doing things with her. YET, whenever I am off from work I ALWAYS try to get her to go do things. Wether its just us, or if my 5 year old son is included.

I had a lot of time off in January, and February, and whenever I asked her if she wanted to go out, she would say no. It's like she wanted to be a homebody, and in turn I felt as if she was pushing me away.

Well...Today she was disrespectful to her Sister in law in a text message, and the sister I law shows up. She acted hysterical, and screamed at her, and also told her mother. I wanted to keep this away from her mother because of her high blood pressure, but now CAT IS OUT OF THE BAG. My wife went crazy, and yelled at all of us to PUNCH HER IN THE FACE, AND HIT HER.

Of course we didn't, but the way she acted was very left field and totally unlike her. After a while, we had a calm discussion. My mother in law wants us to seek marriage counseling. MY MIL asked my wife if she would go to counseling, and my wife wouldn't answer her. After our 45 minute long conversation with my wife crying for most of it, and the rest of us venting, and trying to get inside my wife's brain as to why she would jeopardize our marriage, and why she has been acting the way she has been acting lately...my wife decided to end the conversation and lock herself in the room and go to sleep.

I don't know what to do. My mother in law told me to go get a marriage counselor, make an appointment, and drag my wife in with me. Is Marriage counseling the answer?

Overall, I feel like I failed. I am hurt, and my trust level with my wife is ZERO right now. My wife and I have not said I love you to each other since Christmas...I just realized that. This is certainly a low point. ...I told everyone I would have left her immediately if we were not married with a 5 year old. But I want to fix this, and make things work before leaving and getting into a divorce.

My Wife SWEARS nothing physical happened, only texts/sexts.

What should I do moving forward? Did I do the right thing by confronting her as soon as I found out? Can I trust my wife again? Or is it once a cheater, always a cheater?

I have to go into work, so I won't respond until tomorrow :(

stuck and confused

Two weeks ago my wife of 9 years informed me that she wanted a divorce. She has been a stay at home mom for our daughter for the past 3.5 years. During the conversation she stated that it was her desire for us to divorce and for all of us to move to another state at the same time to raise our child. I was destroyed by the news of the divorce and even more shocked that she would want to make things worse for our daughter by taking her our of her school and her local support network. Secondarily assuming that I would subsidize a move to another state that would result in a divorce. She says I am being controlling and insensitive to her needs and demands by not agreeing to move.

We are currently still living together. She has no plans of how she is going to leave. She hasn't applied for any jobs, has not thought about where she wants to live and doesn't have a lawyer. Repeatedly accuses me of stalling our divorce negotiations but at the same time still acts like we are married. The stress of living together is mind boggling but I cannot nor do I want to leave because it will affect future custody issues. I feel insane that she says she wants out but seems to expect me to do all the planning while still acting like we have a viable relationship.

Almost immediately I spoke to a friend who suggested getting an attorney then logging onto this site. She stated I needed to learn to do the "180." Has anyone experienced a similar situation and what is the "180/"

Buffalo Bills' cheerleaders handbook: Here is how to wash yourselves - Salon.com

Excerpt from the story:
Quote:

It turns out the world of professional cheerleaders is often anything but cheerful. If the claims of a new lawsuit are to be believed, it can be a job in which you have to fight for minimum wage while being told how to manage the landscape of your own genital terrain. Following in the footsteps of cheerleaders from the Raiders, Ravens and Bengals who've come forward this year with their tales of payment disputes and humiliating working conditions, this week the Buffalo Jills suspended all activities in the wake of the new lawsuit that five of its cheerleaders are pursuing against their team and its cheerleader management groups.

As the Buffalo News reports, the suit against the Bills — a team for which Mario Williams makes $6,500,000 — alleges it "failed to pay the former cheerleaders the $8 minimum wage for all the hours they worked … The five former Jills, who worked as long ago as the 2010-11 season and as recently as the 2013-14 season, were paid amounts ranging from as little as $105 to as much as $1,800 a year." And what obligation to the organization does this sort of money buy? According to documents obtained by Deadspin, "the Jills were subjected to weekly 'physique evaluations' during which defendants' representatives tested the Jills' bodies for 'jiggling.'"
These are the kind of sports organizations men cheer on and support everyday - how about you ladies?

This is the end of my marriage too with a cheating slime bag

I wrote some time ago about OH having an emotional affair with someone from work.
I told him he had to stop any contact with her and I also heard that she no longer works there. I did the Var and checked his phone and found nothing, so we patched up the marriage, working hard to staying together.

He never ever admitted it was a physical affair.

Last Christmas he had a breakdown. There were some changes and he was not happy at work, he was very stressed. He actually tried to attack me physically but stopped himself. The kids were terrified and ran upstairs.

That night he was agitated and tried to jump from the balcony. I did everything to calm him down and I was contemplating calling the ambulance, but I did not want the children to witness the police and doctors trying to force a needle in his arm. I knew he would resist.

There were other issues that he never resolved, like childhood trauma and he also tracked his real father and the discovery was not what we all expected. His father is a womanizer and a very colourful character. He did invite OH to visit him, which has caused problems with OH and his mother.

I found him a councilor and he seems happy going there, even thanked me for encouraging him to do so.
Our marriage has been good since. He is very loving and no problems in the bedroom whatsoever.
I finally thought that we have put everything behind.

Coming to today.

I cracked his phone password( he did let me see his phone by the way whenever I asked) and discovered that he is still in touch with the OW who has now moved to another EU country.
He said he misses her and loved her more than anything, sending her selfies. The contact was all on What's up.

I now know that it was not only coffee hook-ups and friendly conversation. I also suspect that when he had the mental breakdown, it was the time she transferred to the other site. I feel disgusted that I was here picking the pieces and looking after him and he was paining for her.

Also, there were conversations with other 2 young girls, single mums. He did cross the line several times with sexual innuendos. It seems they have not met as the women live abroad, which is not really a problem for him as he travels there. They made comments about him having a wife and he did not reply to that, so he plays the single card.

I did learn my lesson second time from TAM and downloaded the lot and hid the evidence.

I will find a PI and get the OW's husband's name and address and I will pay him a visit with the evidence.

Unfortunately, I can not do anything about him chatting young women.
I am making an appointment with an Int. lawyers firm to see all my options regarding which country to file.

If anyone has any advice, please let me know. He does not know I know, but might suspect something is up as I am not my cheery self.
The slime bag has lied in my face and I can not believe how he can look me in the eye and say that he loves me.

Apologies

This is a big problem in our marriage.

Whenever I have done wrong (said something hurtful or got too rough while rough housing) I apologize sincerely. I try to explain that I understand what I did was wrong and ask for his forgiveness. But the issue is he never excepts my apologies.

The issues range from telling him to stop b----ing, or hitting him the the nose while playing, no matter how minor or major the situation, my apologizes are never good enough.
I am aggressive by nature (I'm have strong opinions/ talk loud) and throughout our relationship I've tried to consider that maybe I come off too harsh. He's a sensitive person, and our personalities clash a lot. I try to adjust my approach to him. I try toning my approach down. But it never seems to be good enough. I've come to believe that he's using that against me, cause I'm basically "sucking up" to him the entire time he's mad at me out of guilt.
Emotional manipulation plays a major role is our marriage and I feel like this is another way he uses my emotions to control me.

I can give several honest apologizes, and he'd never forgive me, no matter the situation.

  • Thread Starter

One of my boyfriends fantasy is to have a threesome, with another girl. I have never had sex with another girl before, but it sounds really interesting. Where do I even begin?

Was this rape?

  • Thread Starter

Flashback to several months ago, and my current boyfriend was tying me up to my bed because I'd asked if we could try out light bondage. I explicitly stated several times beforehand, "I don't want to try anal, so please don't break my trust." So naturally he goes ahead and puts it in there as soon as I'm tied up.

I was very uncomfortable, and my body language showed it, my entire body/face was practically, 'no, I don't want it, please stop". I said his name in a warning tone, however he just continued. It was always as if someone had pushed my mute button, I just lay there completely stock still.

I've never really thought much of it, as I blame it on myself, for not explicitly saying 'no' whilst he was doing it, or even struggling, and just taking it (excuse the innuendo) passively. I have no doubt that he would have stopped if I'd said no insistently.

Reading it back it does sound kinda dodgy, but I'm not sure if it's rape, a) because I was passive and b) he is boyfriend and I don't think he'd ever do anything intentionally to hurt me.

Rape has always been portrayed to me as a hugely traumatic experience, and although I was annoyed and a tiny bit upset at him for it, I don't have any emotional scars from the experience, and whilst it was uncomfortable and slightly painful he was nice enough to lube me up beforehand (sorry for TMI) so there was no physical repercussions either.
