Ready to get divorce but afraid to tell my husband. Any suggestion?

Without getting into the details of my marriage (other posts have), I have made my decision to get a divorce. The problem is every time I try to tell my husband I start feeling guilty and chicken out. I hate that I'm the one having to come to this decision.

I need help on how to do it. How to suck it up and be the ***** I need to be because I'm sure thats how he'll see it.
