Months ago he expressed interest in me. We nearly went out for drinks together but it couldn't happen because he was not in a very good place mentally, he was a self-confessed player and said he didn't want to hurt me. So nothing happened
After having not spoken much in months (I assumed he'd totally lost interest in this time), today he walked me home from uni and then asked me and another guy if we wanted to go for drinks. I didn't go because I thought it'd be awkward, even if the other guy had gone too. Still, he invited me for drinks and was overly keen to walk me home. Could these be signs?
