Whatever I do never really works..

I am a guy, 20 years old, studying at uni. I am 5''7 and have a good figure, i exercise 4 days a week. I am outgoing, am head of a society, socialise a lot.. Every time I go on a date, the girl loses interest after an hour or so, even if we really get on well and cant stop talking to eachother. Even if i keep the convo going, at the end im never sure to go for a kiss as it seems shes not interested and it makes me more less confident in myself. And I always treat girls with full respect and like a gentleman. It never works though and im so lost as to what to do.. Can anyone give me advice please?? thanks a lot
