To share all or not?

Just wanting to know what everyone thinks about this. Is it reasonable that people need a part of their life that isn't shared with their spouse? This is something I have been wondering about. I feel like many people, in reading various posts on various websites, really feel like they need some part of their life where the spouse knows nothing about it. It could be as innocent as a sports league they play on, or something more like a fantasy life with pornography. I guess I am just wanting to know some opinions on what people benefit from having some part of their life that is separate from the marriage. I tend to be a tell all novel to my husband about everything, but I don't think he always is that way. Or is this just the difference between men and women? Opinions appreciated.:)
