Sick of my boyfriend moaning about his job

He tells me every day about how much he hates being stuck in a dead-end job, yet he's doing absolutely nothing about looking for a better job or getting into further education. His excuses for not doing so are 'I don't have time to look for something else' - yes you do, you're off work 2 days a week and you don't do anything in your spare time, and 'I don't know what I want to do' but you don't even explore any options and think about the possibilities! He moans on and on about how crap his work is, but does nothing about it. I tell him he should broaden his horizons and try something new, be it college or a different line of work, but no, he's still at the same place he's been for 4 years! How can I convince him to make the change? So frustrated
