Confused about sexuality

I'm a 20 year old female. I've never been attracted to men at all, so I know I'm not straight. I'm attracted to women, but not really in a physical/sexual way if that makes sense. I mean, I could be attracted by their personality and appearance without wanting to do anything beyond kissing. Does this sound stupid? I know that by this age, I should have felt physically attracted to someone before but I just never have. For this reason, I've never been in a relationship and have never even kissed anyone. I've been asked out quite a few times but always by men since I've never told anyone I'm not straight. Kind of at the stage though where I'd like to just be a bit more sure of myself. I can't seem to figure out if I'm asexual or a lesbian. Have any of you been in a similar position, and if so, how did you figure things out? Any advice would be appreciated.
