are girls wearing Leggings to turn men on?

i always notice a nice pair of leggings whilst being as quick as possible to get behind her and see if theyre see through at the back. theyre look so nice on girls though i always stare and wonder why they wear it like that. i think mre should wear them. makes me want to stick my head up there sometimes thinking of it. is it deliberate or to make you comfortable. i dont know why thumbed down it's an observation.
