So my boyfriend called me his ex's name....

As the title says really, I was with my boyfriend at the weekend. We've only been together a few months and things seem to be going well. I know he has had one big relationship in his life, that was with a girl called 'Kate' who he was with for 3 years, about 6 years ago. He mentioned her when we were having our 'exes' talk. She broke his heart and he was pretty much a wreck for a long while afterwards. Anyway, he was very angry and upset after having an argument with his family at the weekend, and he was on the phone to a family member, and said 'I don't want to talk like this around Kate'. And hung up. I was stunned, I mean why would he be calling me her name? I'm now really paranoid that he's still not over her, or maybe I am like her in some way, maybe I look like her or something and this is why he likes me coz I remind him of her. I joked it off at the time, said something along the lines of 'at least we weren't in bed when you called me that', but thinking about it I guess it is bothering me. What would you do? Should I just let it go or not? How would you feel?
