How to convince/condition my gf to be more experimental in the bedroom?

I love my girlfriend and in most ways she's my dream partner, but in the bedroom she seems reluctant to try anything new at all and tbh I'm starting to get a little bored of our sex life. We tend to stick to the same two positions (missionary and her on top) and she doesn't even like giving oral (though I still do it for her). I usually just watch pornography to satisfy my curiosity and desire to try new things, but I'd much rather experience these things with her. So how can I convince her to be more open to less conventional sexual activities?
