Red Flags? NEED real advice

OK folks. I hate that I'm here b/c I thought I was good to go finally but I'm afraid I'm fooling myself. Quickly... Divorced about 1.5 years. Been seeing this girl for a few months Was my dream girl from work, we always hit it off, for years. Finally moved on it. She has a long term boyfriend and I was not aware. She says they are roommates and have been for years. They sleep in different rooms, never see each other, etc. I told her I wouldn't see her if she was with him. She says she told him the truth and he told her it was OK to stay in the house. Absolutely feels like love more than I've ever felt. BUT I'm afraid these are all serious red flags but I need your advice. Please tell me honest opinions 1) She lives with her boyfriend (ex?) Worst part for me. Kills me and makes me sick. What guy would be OK with this? I do know he is away every weekend for sure. 2) She never spends the night Only twice have we spent the night together 3) She almost never answers the phone, only texts Test a ton though, we text all evening nearly every night 4) She drops off the grid sometimes with no explanation 5) She won't commit to plans for weekends together IE, she is always so sad we are apart but just won't ever go on a weekend with me. 6) She talks of being scared to death about how her life will change but says she wants it 7) She doesn't tell anyone about us. Only her sister knows the truth and I don't even think she is completely honest with her. This is huge for me b/c I want to tell the world about this wonderful love that I have found. OK folks, please fire away
