What Would You Do? How Would You Feel?

Married 10 years. Husband hasn't worked for 6 months and only on and off before that. I work 40 hrs. a week and pay all the bills. Husband doesn't do much to help clean the house either. No sex in 5 years except for a few months when we were working on the relationship. Told husband I'm not sure whether we should be married anymore or not, that I was thinking of leaving and he said maybe we shouldn't, then said we should work on our relationship. No kids, no house (just rent.) Just hoping for your opinions, don't know what to do.
