I am interested in a guy who used to work at my place. We did not talk much though. However, he since left us to work elsewhere. I approached a colleague who knew him to tell me where he worked (I pretended I was sorry about a dispute we had and that I wanted to explain myself etc, which is partly true). She told me, and I paid him a visit, but he was not there. So I asked my colleague to tell him that I visited him. She said she will let him know.
Know what?
I don't know what to do. The guy might think it is just about the argument and just say 'alright', without expressing any desire to see me face-to-face.
What do you think of what I did and what should I do?
