Feels like middle school again- advice?

I need some quick advice... :P I honestly feel like I'm back in middle a school upset bc my bestie didn't invite me to her bday party but that's just what it is! We are 23/24, married and became close friends through my husband (they were friends) and connected because we have little kids the same ages. She just had a birthday party at a restaurant ( pay your own way) that mutual friends including my brother (who doesn't know them very well) were included in. I spent the entire afternoon before hanging out with her and our kids at her house... We had a great time and I left soon after her husband got home. Not once did she bring up the party. I had no clue until the day of when my brother asked me if I would be there. I'm hurt and trying really hard to think the best and handle this with grace... What should I say? I sent her a happy birthday text during the party and got back a friendly thank you and I love you etc but nothing about the party so I don't think it was an accident that we weren't even invited on Facebook. :( ugh how would you handle this and stay classy about it? TIA
