Should i dump him?

Basically my boyfriend keeps lying to me and he has a reputation for lying. When i ask him for the truth he gets all defensive and says that i should always believe him! To be honest, i dont believe him anymore. My trust for him is slowly dropping! When i cant go out to hang out for some reason he always brags or goes on about another girl he has hung out with instead (usually one of our friends from school who i dont really like). He is an attention seeker, he faked blackouts and depression and made me worry like mad and go out of my way to help him. And then i realised he was faking it. He turned all of my friends against me by spreading lies. He also asked me to delete my facebook, twitter and all my social networking sites accounts and once i get my new phone not to give my number to anyone but him and "our" friends (cough* *his friends* cough*) because all of "my" friends are the cause of arguments. I found that really hurtful seeing as HE is the reason we argue. None of my real friends know him so! He always brags how other girls want to go out with him. Whilst i was away on holiday he told me he stabbed himself in the chest. Of course straight away i knew it was lies so i didnt worry but surely he should have some thought knowing that lying is wrong? right? My question is should i stay with him or should i leave him?
