| Alright, there is a controversial situation in one case. Please tell me what do you think about it. Few minutes ago on the Youtube (and then on Russian social network - Vkontakte) someone is uploaded a video of scene of sexual contact in Arbitration Court of Republic of Ingushetiya (Russia). Main "actors" are Chairman (Judge) of Arbitration Court and his servant (perhaps she is under his control) and they are having an oral sex. As you can see, there is no rape, she was agreed to do this. Now we have discussion in a social network about what is happened, and some people think it was a sexual harassment, which can be a true, because of we don't have a special law about it and women aren't protected in fact. Typical situation in Russia, when boss is ordering have sex with him, some women agreed, someone aren't. But the thing is, that woman like others have a choose to do it or not, but she did, probably for promotion at work or something else. The opinions are different, someone think she is a ***** but others (women basically) think that she is a victim. She has a three kids and she was married when is happened, now they are divorced. The husband reported to higher Court because of Code of Conduct was broken by Judge and he still hasn't recieved an answer. Location: Office of Arbitration Court (Russia, Republic of Ingushetiya).
