I'm moving on Monday, but going over to the new house today for some deliveries, etc. Do I tip for the following things, and if so, how much?
1. Kitchen table/chairs delivery and set up (I know yes, but how much?)
2. Carpet cleaning (3 rooms, steps, hallway)
3. Washer/dryer delivery and set up
4. Mattress/box spring delivery, no set up
