Punched a girl in the face, feel guilty

A girl grabbed my dick when out at a club. I punched her in the face (as I assumed that's where it would hurt the most), yelled at her and then walked off. I guess that was probably a bit of an overreaction (mostly due to alcohol tbh) How should I have handled it? Normally I just give them a dirty look or shout at them before walking off.
