I am so worried, my friend is so depressed

He just failed his uni exams and now has nothing. No degree, no job. He is almost 30 and he is really depressed. His family don't support him and he already has a physical disability which means he can't do a manual job.......sad thing is he is so intelligent, he just has OCD and I think that ruined his revision, he kept going over and over things....he spent so many years at uni trying to pass and now he is back to square one...... I feel so worried about him....he is suicidal...............I don't know what to do :( :(
