I've currently started a new job and I've noticed that I am particularly close with one of my colleagues. We have a lot of banter and jokes together and sometimes I think we are both flirting. However I'm 18 and he's due to turn 25 at the end of this month. I'm also a virgin and he isn't.... Is age an issue here or shall I continue to flirt with him and see how things go? We do laugh a lot and he has invited me out a few times for a drink as well as texting me often. What shall I do?
