We sep 12mths ago and we decided my d lives with her mum. l've been dropping into her rental thats only 10mins away, a few wk nights a wk , l stay a few hrs and plus my d comes over here for wkends and holidays.
Trouble is , it is just too hard being over at that fkg house, it hurts like all hell but l've tried to suck it up for my d and to make it less house hopping for her to go through.
Trouble is now, l ring my x today for something and guess who answers the fkg ph - om, wtf !, answers the ph to "me" , and she lets him. He would've known bc my name would've shown. Yep apparently they were out getting some firewood and she coulldn't get to the ph so he just answers as if we're good friends.
l thought they were done , l heard they were just friends now but this is the guy that helped my x end our 18yrs and destroy our family .
l can't go to that fkg house anymore and l don't wanna have anything to do with x anymore . We have lots of financial crap to get out of, the house and my d so apart from that , l want us done. And l don't wanna sit around in her rental with her usually home , which l didn't mind so much but bc l thought om was over.
Under these circumstances though , l can't do it any longer. Hell l can't even go near that fkg house again , l've had it.
l tried so hard and sucked it up trying to avoid this but now well !
What the hell do you guys do? How the hell do you be a dad without setting foot in your own children's home, how do you word it , how do your kids handle you not going there? How in the hell do you tell your kids you don't go to their home?
How the hell d your poor bloody kids handle even more crazy house hopping ?
l just dunno what to do , l don't wanna hurt my d , 12 , any further than x has already done , all the house hopping so far has done , l wanna be as much of a dad and in her life as l can be , but l don't want anything to do with that damn house anymore ?
What can l do , how can l work this ?
