Scared that my girlfriend is pregnant

Please anon or delete. On the 27th of July my girlfriend and I had sex, and we are worried that she is pregnant. I just want to know what people think, as it is really bothering us :( These are the details: On Saturday 27th of July, she was due her period, but had not bled all day. At around 5:30PM, we had sex (with condom, and she was on the progesterone-only pill, or "mini pill") and after ejaculating and pulling out, I was covered in blood. She says that she bled for 2-4 days and we put it down to it being her period. However, a month later, on the 24th August, she did not have her period (nor did she around that time at any point), only a small amount of pink discharge. (this made us think that when she bled before, it could have been due to damage to her inside, and not her period?) The lady at the clinic said that it is common for girls on the mini pill to either not have periods at all or to just have a small amount of discharge, and that she should not worry. Furthermore, many internet sources say the same thing, but we still worried, as you would. Please note that she was not a virgin, and she did not bleed during sex earlier on in the day either. The reason we worried more was because when I pulled out, the condom had slipped down… but it was so long ago that I cannot remember how much. I do however think that if it had been really far down, surely I would have noticed it and worried about it? I am fairly sure it was not below half-way. We do not believe that the condom split, but I suppose it is possible. I am worrying that perhaps, if the condom slipping down even a small amount, it could have been sufficient to let sperm out? Around this time (the weekend of the missed period) she also started the COMBINED pill instead of the mini-pill. On Tuesday the 27th of August, she had a pregnancy test done at the clinic (urine test) which came back negative. At first, we were happy and thought that after all of that (condom, pill, negative test, bleeding around the time of sex which could have been her period, explanation for lack of next period) that she was not pregnant, but now we are worrying again as she has symptoms of pregnancy. She has experienced headaches (possibly from the pills, this is a common side effect), feeling 'bloated', weight gain (~1kg in the last couple of weeks), and nausea. Also, yesterday and the day before, she complained of urinating more often that usual, despite not drinking any more than usual. In 1.5 weeks she will stop the combined pill for a week (when she is supposed to have a bleed), however the lady at the clinic said that it is not uncommon for girls to miss the first bleed when on the combined pill, and that if this happens, she should not worry. But with everything that is going on, we are terrified that she will not bleed and that we will panic even more… and if she is pregnant, we need to know as soon as possible. I know that nobody on TSR can tell us whether or not she is pregnant, but I just want people's thoughts. Thank you and thank you again if you managed to read all of that.
