Sometimes l think about my w/ends now and although they are spent with my daughter and often her friends , l've often thought l get the better deal.
Obviously l love my time with her even if it means l can't really do a lot of the stuff l might do normally on week ends .
Thing is , l still get friday nights free , wk nights and days free , which l work for myself so l can often do stuff wk days when l'm not working, Ex can't do anything wk days at all ,just work and come home. Sometimes l actually prefer doing stuff wk days. And then later sunday nights too. And when l see my daughter wk/nights , l'm free after 8ish anyway.
Ex does get the wk ends free yeah but only the Saturday night .
So all in all l've thought l can't really complain. And if l do need a wk end my d and ex are happy to help out.
So that's my set up , although sometimes l do miss having wkends free.
