So just a quick thread to hopefully shift some pre-date nerves. I'm 19, but I've never properly 'dated'. Like I've had boyfriends and that, but I've always known them prior to hanging out with them one-on-one. So I guess you could say tomorrow is my first 'proper' date.
I met the guy on an online 'meet people' site - I wasn't looking for anything but he asked to get drinks so I'm going tomorrow. Obviously, I'm taking precautions because I don't know him, but does anyone else have any other advice about how to deal with pre-date nerves?
What if I don't recognise him?
What if it's dead awkward?
How do I let him know when I have to leave?
Basically, it's nothing specific, but I'd just like someone to calm my nerves haha. Any input? Thanks in advance :]
