Low self esteem about my body image

I can't go outside my front door because of the way I look ... I think my body looks disgusting and ugly. Please judge my pictures and agree with me. Don't try and make me feel alright about it because I look terrible. I'm 6 foot with 28 inch waist if that matters? Help me... Also I bought a t shirt from next but I lost the receipt. Can I take it back and change it for another one if i dont have the receipt. well...?
