Your opinion on talking to multiple females as I talk to you...?

Well, I believe in gaining as many "potentials" (as I call them) as I can. In a nutshell, I talk to a lot of girls at once before pursing one. The numbers can grow to roughly 10 to 15 at a time. What I do is get as many of them as I can to be attracted to me, then I choose one. Is what I'm doing morally correct in your opinion? Of course, there is nothing correct or incorrect here because morals are completely subjective. However, I'd like to know where a lot of women stand on my method. I'm not the only guy who does this.
