18 years old male and never kissed a girl

Never kissed or had a girlfriend, going to Uni this September! I don't consider myself ugly and have lots of friends but just not Mr Confident. Tips of getting a gf? & when I eventually do should I be honest about this of bul*hit a little? :D Thanks!
