Should I do this?

I've heard of how people have been inspired to do well in life, after being put down by others. What if I, put others down, to help inspire them to get good results? I wouldn't mean the comments I say, but, the comments would hurt them, and then inspire them to do well in school and life. I'd be seen as a douchebag. But, as a douchebag, unknown to them, has intentionally helped them, as I want to see others do as well as I am doing. If this is a bit extreme, then I will abandon the mission, but, it's worth a shot. But, yes, one comment arguing against this, I will abandon it, as I do not wish to hurt anyone.
