Has anyone met their partner/been on a date that started from this situation?

Has anyone ever actually gone up to someone (or had someone come up to them) in a coffee shop or while waiting in a queue or while in a shop - that kind of situation - and started a conversation and ended up getting a date from it? You always see it in films and t.v shows but I've never known a couple to meet that way!
