Third sick day from placement, what to do?

I study nursing, for which I need to undertake 30 hours a week at a hospital. I have been on antidepressants for the last two weeks, with my medication review on Monday. Sometimes the pills make me feel really sick as we;; as giving me diarrhea, making me unable to go into the hospital, which has happened twice so far. Today I feel the same and I don't feel like I can go in at all, but this is getting to seem like a lot of time off now; I've done 18 hours this week. What should/can I do? Thank you.
