| Hi, this is my very first post! Lol. I joined this site because I have a serious question and I'd like to get some possible feedback. I'm very confused right now. Maybe I'm making something out of nothing, but here it goes. My problem!!: My girlfriend won't invite me to her house. I've never seen her house, so I've obviously never stepped foot in her house. Okay, we've been seeing each other for about 10 months now. It's serious. How serious? Well, she's 3 months pregnant & we're both going to have our first child together...we're both in our early 30's. She's comes to my place, of course! As far as I know, this is one dedicated & honest woman. She shows me how much she loves me all the time. When I bring up coming to her place, she tells me "it needs home improvement" or "it's not ready". As far as I know, she lives in a home alone, with a few pets. She's let me into her life by letting me meet all of her friends at her work + most of her family. I asked her if there was something at her house that she was embarrassed about or didn't want me to see...or if she was a neat freak or hoarder? She replied, "no, I just need to do a few things to the house." Okay, now when I bring it up again, she get s very defensive. And I've only brought it up 2 or 3 times!! She told me it would be ready around July 19th-ish. Still, not ready. WHAT'S UP?? I'm thinking she's not being honest with me. But she's wonderful to me in every other way! Am I being paranoid or is this a normal thing to worry about? Thanks if you made it through this. | |||
