| Was I mean to ex boyfriend, for fear of getting hurt? Ex contacted me more ever since I just broke up with another guy. We've been writing--I told him I missed him when he promised to visit and he never did, and I ended up with someone else and got hurt. He wrote saying I was beautiful. He said he owed me a visit. I responded saying he could visit me in the next week but if not, maybe we'd bump into each other in a few years, and by then I'll probably move on and will be married and pregnant by then. (We're postgrads). Was I being mean/snarky? I'm scared of being hurt again and just sworn off relationships and boys for awhile. I'm hurting a lot and trying not to spend nights crying myself to sleep. | |||
