Gf said she wouldn't mind if I cheated on holiday?

So I'm going on holiday tomorrow with guy friends to Magaluf and I've only been with my gf for 3 months. Last night I told her that I would stay faithful no matter what because I didn't want her to worry about it at all when I'm away (it's quite a long holiday, two weeks) and she responded with something like "I wouldn't mind if you wanted to experiment when you're away". I was really thrown back when she said this because most guys would probably jump at the opportunity but I'm a little confused. Does this mean she doesn't really value our relationship? Or that she has cheated on me and wants things to be even? Or is she trying to test me or something? Maybe I'm reading too much into it but I can't stop thinking about it. I'm not going to cheat on her no matter what, I just want to know if anybody could help me understand why she said this.
