The media here in the U.S. treats any royal activity, such as marriages, birth, and basic appearances as top news. They act as as though they are about to melt just speaking about them. I suppose it is or they wouldn't cover it, but I wonder, "Are the majority of Americans fascinated with the activities of British Royalty?" I ask, because the recent item in the news is the anticipation of Kate's baby, and I'm personally not fascinated in the least. I have absolutely nothing against them, I'm just saying their activities do not fascinate me at all. Why should they fascinate me? Am I missing something? Nobody I talk to in my neck of the woods cares about it either, but maybe we are all just a bunch of rednecks.:rofl: | |||
