| Hi guys, So I have been with my boyfriend for over a year, he's heading off to the other side of the world to participate in a volunteer event where he will be helping the baby turtles make a safe way to the sea and study marine life. This an amazing experience for him as he is studying marine biology at university and will really help him with his course. However, he is unfortunately leaving me behind for almost three months! We haven't really been away from each other since we first got together over a year ago and so I'm finding this quite difficult. He left yesterday, and already the intense missing feelings have kicked in. I'm wondering if any of you have been through this before? Does the time fly by? How did you keep yourselves busy during the period they were away? And finally any advice on how I should try to spend the few months whilst he is away? Thank you! Much appreciated. | |||
