Terrified to date again..

I ended a 4 year relationship 9 months ago, he lied, cheated & emotionally abused me for the last 8 months of it. I haven't had the confidence to go on a date since, i've been asked on a good few & always made an excuse. I dont even feel comfortable talking to men now.. Anyone have any advice??
