Cougars - do older women do it better?

Anon please. I'm a 24 year old and I seem to be having quite a few one night stands with cougars lately. The dominating nature of the cougar and the thing about being in charge is amazing, they really know what they're doing. My experiences with younger women are that they're often too nervous and not very adventurous in sex though or am I jus meeting the wrong younger women?
